This fee covers the labour + time spent collecting gemstone options for your project. There’s no general timeframe on this ~ sometimes I can find the perfect gems within 1 hour, or sometimes im checking my suppliers stock multiple times across a matter of 2 weeks.
You will receive a minimum of three gemstone options + quotes, each contained within a folder including photos and videos of the gems. The videos + photos are generally subject to what the suppliers provide. Generally its around 4-5 options, but depends on your specific wants/needs.
This fee is non refundable but goes towards the final balance of your custom piece.
